the staff showed much friendliness. the room was clean. complimentary fruit arrived daily. water bottles looked also each day. the hotel location allowed easy access to nearby shops. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere. a wellness suite had plenty of space. the bathroom contained a tub and separate shower.

the staff was always smiling and ready to help. they answered questions quickly. i saw many staff members help guests with luggage. staff members provided directions around the facility. their work made everything smooth.

there were multiple pools available . a big park sits next to the hotel. a restaurant on site makes meals easy. breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the coffee was good. i found the amenities helpful.

The hotel's security was great. I really enjoyed how helpful the security staff were helping people cross the roads near the restaurant. The spa was extraordinary! I liked the room having pool access directly from the outdoor sitting area, and it included two lounge chairs. The team really were great too, and it really showed.
The gym is not well maintained. I thought the equipment was quite old and limited. The yoga studio wasn't available which was disappointing. The shuttle bus only runs once at 6 p.m. to take you to the town, which wasn't convenient.

the staff was nice, always smiling. breakfast was good and the iced coffees were beautiful. i enjoyed the pool access right off the outdoor sitting area with the two lounge chairs. the hotel security was very helpful helping others cross the roads to and from the restaurant.
the gym is not taken care of. it is old and poor. the shuttle bus was available only at 6pm to take us to town.
